Arctic Plate is built for local commerce. Buyers and sellers are expected to use the marketplace accurately, respectfully, safely, and in good faith.
1. Be accurate
Sellers must represent their business, products, prices, availability, photos, ingredients, fulfillment information, and other material listing details accurately. Buyers must provide accurate order and contact information.
2. Follow applicable food and business rules
Sellers are responsible for the laws, permits, licenses, labeling, allergens, approved food sources, and other requirements that apply to their products and operations.
3. Treat people respectfully
Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward buyers, sellers, delivery participants, or Arctic Plate support is not acceptable.
4. Do not scam or manipulate the marketplace
Do not create fake listings, fake reviews, fraudulent orders, false refund claims, misleading identities, payment schemes, or other attempts to deceive another participant or Arctic Plate.
5. Keep marketplace orders on the marketplace
Do not use Arctic Plate order flows to mislead customers into unsafe or unrecorded payment arrangements. Marketplace orders should use the checkout and order records provided by Arctic Plate.
6. Fulfill what you promise
Sellers should keep availability current, communicate material changes, and prepare accepted orders as represented. Buyers should arrive for pickup or be available for the selected fulfillment method.
7. Respect content rights
Only upload photos, logos, descriptions, and other content you own or have permission to use. Seller marketing permissions are governed by the Seller Content & Marketing Policy.
8. Enforcement
Arctic Plate may hide content, pause storefront visibility, restrict features, request information, or take other reasonable marketplace actions when activity appears unsafe, misleading, inactive, or inconsistent with marketplace rules.
